Terms and Conditions
Our check in time is 12 noon. Early check-in may be requested and given against availability of rooms. A passport will be needed for each guest when checking in, to take a copy. Check out time is 12 noon.There is a no-smoking policy inside the rooms and we kindly ask you to respect this. A deep cleaning fee may apply if guests choose to smoke inside.
Your room is equipped with a mini bar, which we would be happy to fill with any specific beverages of your choice. Please let us know in advance any requirements and we will have it stocked for you on arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation must be guaranteed by a 50% advance. Notice of cancellation should be received 72 hours prior to arrival date. In the event of any no-show or late cancellation, 75% of booking will be charged.For peak time bookings between 16th Dec to 10th Jan, 100% payment is required to reserve your stay. No refund will be given in case of no show and cancellation.
